An Accomplished Professional in Steel Industry Leadership

Dylan McGill is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. Over the course of seventeen years, Dylan has emerged as a prominent leader in the steel industry, showcasing his skills and leadership in various capacities.

His experience includes serving as a key player in an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplier for USA sales, where he specialized in chemical energy systems, temperature and sampling machines, and pneumatic injection equipment. Dylan’s responsibilities extended to facilitating startup support, process engineering, and providing essential service visits to assist customers in optimizing their operations.

In 2018, Dylan transitioned into an additional role as an outside sales representative helping with application engineering, managing some niche territories, and consulting for Kalenborn / Abresist. His extensive background in pneumatic injection systems proved invaluable in this role, contributing significantly to the success of Kalenborn’s offerings in the steel sector.

Leadership and Involvement in the Industry

Dylan McGill has been an active member of the steel industry, demonstrating commitment and leadership. Currently serving on the AIST Globetrotters board of directors for the seventh year, six of those years were spent working alongside Noah Hanners, the executive vice president of Nucor Steel, as his secretary.

Family and Personal Interests

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dylan is a devoted family man with two children aged 9 and 12. Currently residing in Cartersville, GA, he finds joy in various hobbies, including boating, motorcycles, drag racing, playing guitar, traveling, and is a licensed private pilot.
